Velma Ruth “Holly” Bonetsky

Velma Ruth “Holly” Bonetsky, age 87 passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Hollly was born February 18, 1931, a member of First Baptist Church, Rockwood, and a U.S. Army Veteran. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elijha Bernard & Bessie Treadway Holloway; several siblings; and a daughter, Barbie Bonetsky Ogg. Survivors include: Son-in-law: Jeff Ogg of Ripley, TN; Grandchildren: Justin Ogg (Amber) of Signal Mountain, TN; Jeanna Ogg Baron (Ronnie) of Baton Rouge, LA; 5 Great-Grandchildren; A Host of nieces, nephews and other family members. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Evans Mortuary, Rockwood, Tennessee. Funeral Services will follow from the Chapel at 2:00pm with Pastor Marty Shadoan officiating. Interment and Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
