Terry Lynn Cooper

Mr. Terry Lynn Cooper was born on April 26, 1958 and passed from this earth into gods arms on the early morning of August 19, 2026. His wife was by his side when God walked him home. No more suffering now. He was married to Patricia Roberts Cooper for 41 years and they were each others whole lives. He will be greatly missed, but his job is now to hold our daughter, Brittany, in his arms until we meet again in Heaven. 

Terry worked as a salesman for many years. He has his own vacuum store in Harriman, TN for several years and then he worked for the City of Rockwood operating heavy equipment, mowing around the city. He retired early due to health problems. He is preceded in death by his parents: Oma and George Cooper; and daughter: Brittany; brothers: Jim Cooper (Faye), Eddie Cooper (Malory), Bill Cooper, and Kendall Cooper. 

He is survived by:

Wife: Patricia "Tootie" Cooper

Son: Aaron Cooper

Grandchildren: Rieylen Valdez, Mya Lively, Keylan Cooper

Mother-in-law: Martha Roberts (Kenny)

Sisters: Mildred Wright (Murrell)

              Margaret Fugate (David)

Brothers: Dewayne "Possum" Cooper (Rhonda Black)

                Jerry Cooper (Carolyn)

                Clyde Cooper (Debbie)

Many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and extended family. 

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the chapel of Evans Mortuary. A service will take place after the visitation and cremation arrangements have been made. Evans Mortuary is honored to serve the family of Mr. Terry Lynn Cooper.
