Shelia Ruth Sanders

Mrs. Shelia Ruth Sanders, age 71, of Rockwood, TN passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at Roane Medical Center. She was born on January 7, 1953 to Theophlus Dyer and Charlene Wester Dyer in Rockwood, TN. Shelia attended Brickyard Springs Church and was a member of the Brickyard Springs Church Community Outreach program. Mrs. Sanders was a former Boarder with Kaiser-Roth Hosiery in Harriman, TN. She also was a State of Tennessee Food Stamp representative. She is preceded in death by her parents: Theophlus and Charlene Dyer; sister: Lucille Crudup; and brothers: George Dyer, Theophlus Dyer Jr., Robert Dyer, and Isaac "Tookie" Dyer. Mrs Sanders is survived by:

Daughters: Ebony Sanders Jones of Rockwood,TN

 Christa Sanders of Rockwood, TN

3 Grandchildren: Albert J. Jones, Precious Jones, and Jaiden Jones

Family will have a Memorial Service on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the chapel at Evans Mortuary with Pastor Steven Womack officiating. Cremation services will follow. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mrs. Shelia Ruth Sanders.
