Ms. Rosa “Rosie” Lee Dunn, age 59, of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Roane Medical Center. She was a kind and loving lady with a wonderful family and her beloved dogs. She would call her family and just see how they were doing. She worked at the Hosier Mill in Athens for several years in her earlier years and then was able to enjoy being at home with her dogs. She attended a nondenominational church and would call on Pastor Brian Hines to just talk about life and how they thought the world was going to pan out. She is preceded in death by her parents: Anthony Ray Pelfrey and Glenda Lorane Thomas Foland; sister: Ada Ruth “Ruthie” Baker; and her husband: Richard “Rick” K. Dunn. She is survived by:

 Sons:

            Caleb (Lyndsey) Johnson

             Joshua Glenn Johnson

Grandchildren:        

              Aden Johnson, Adrian Johnson, plus one more.

Nephews:

              Kyle Baker and Cole Baker

Aunts:  

              Maymie Ruth Nealon and Loretta Lands

Uncles:

              Bill Pelfrey and Randy Pelfrey

And tons of cousins and other family and friends will greatly miss Rosie. Family will receive friends Friday, February 5, 2021 from 10: am to 11:00 am at Evans Mortuary. A graveside service will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood, Tennessee with Pastor Brian Hines officiating. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Ms. Rosa “Rosie” Dunn.
