Ms. Merry Sue Norman

Ms. Merry Sue Norman, age 82, of Rockwood, TN passed away Friday, September 17, 2021 with her, family around her. She was born August 29, 1939 to William Cooper and Nell Hinds in Rockwood, TN. She was a waitress at Ivans Restaurant. She loved her multiple daily trips to Walmart to see all of her friends there and take her time browsing everything. Family was definitely the most important aspect in Ms. Normans life. She loved each of them dearly. She also loved her pets: Angel (Cat) and Benji (Dog).  She is preceded in death by: Parents: Willam and Nell Cooper; Daughter: Tammy Lynn Moore; Aunt: Ola Mae Teasley; Sisters: Polly McNelly and Margie Russell; Grandsons: Matthew Evan Wright, Christopher Norman, and Joshua Davis. She is survived by:

Daughter: Lori (David) Treadway                               of Rockwood, TN

Son-in-law: Darren Moore                                          of Kentucky

7 Grandchildren, 21 Great grandchildren, and 5 Great great grandchildren

Family will receive friends Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Evans Mortuary Chapel from 11:00am -1:00 pm with a graveside service following at Oak Grove Cemetery with Pastor William Treadway officiating. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Ms. Merry Norman.
