Ms. Letha Beatrice Phillips Lay, age 98 of Morristown, TN passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 at the Heritage Center. She is preceded in death by her parents: Oscar Price and Sarah Phillips; husband: Elmer D. Lay; and daughter: Mary Jo Foust. She is survived by:
Son: Philip Larry (Carol Ann) Lay
Grandchildren: Jason (Katie) Lay, Lisa Ann (Dale) Lewis, Jack (Traci) Lay, Shane (Dana) Foust, and Wendy Yeager
Greatgrandchildren: Natalie Lay, Josh Lay, Kyle Lewis, Lila Lewis, Mia Lay, Amy Balance, Robbie & Hunter Yeager, and Laney Foust
The family will have a graveside service on Friday, November 20, 2020 a 11:00 am at Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood, TN. Bruce Foster is officiating. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Ms. Letha Lay.
