On Sunday May 2, 2021, Shelia Moore Humbert passed away in her home after a battle with cancer at the age of 79. She was born on April 16, 1942 in Orlando, FL to Luther Leon Moore and Sarah Ingham.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Max J. Shelia was a devoted wife, adoring mother and caring sister. She was an authentic friend to all who knew her. She was a true Florida girl and loved to play sports like golf, tennis, swimming and water skiing. Her hobbies included design, gardening, and anything to do with flowers. She joined her husband in many world travels across 30 different countries. They lived in Florida, Ohio, The Bahamas, and Texas until they finally retired in Tennessee.
Shelia was a true beauty inside and out. She volunteered at her local church and hospital among other clubs. As a devout Christian, she loved Jesus and our family is comforted knowing she is now in her new home with the Lord.
