Mrs. Mildred Frankie Lilly Canter

Mrs. Mildred Frankie Lilly Canter, age 89, a resident of the Victorian Square, Rockwood, Tennessee and form resident of Friendsville, Tennessee and of Bristol, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at the Roane Medical Center, Harriman, Tennessee. She was born November 13, 1930 in Bristol, Virginia. Mrs. Canter was of the Assembly of God faith and loved to sing. She liked to do crafting. She and her husband Ray were wonderful parents. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie & Myrtle Lilly; son, Gary Lee Vance; sister, Elizabeth Rhymer; and her husband, Ray Calvin Canter, just a few weeks prior to her death.

Grandchildren:                        Jennifer Lovell, Jimmy Fritz, Timothy Fritz, Billy Canter, Robin Canter, Misty Canter, Brookie Vance, Brandon Vance, and Sierra Vance

Brother:                                   Billy Lilly of FL

And several other relatives and friends, including those at Victorian Square in Rockwood.

Graveside services and interment for Mildred and Ray Canter were held Saturday, November 7, 2020 in the Shipley Cemetery in Bluff City, Tennessee. Evans Mortuary of Rockwood, Tennessee is serving the family of Mrs. Mildred Frankie Lilly Canter.
