Mr. Michael Lee McLean Sr, formerly of Oliver Springs, went home to be with Jesus peacefully on December 17, 2020 at the age of 64 in Westel, TN. He was born on January 22nd, 1956 in Westel, TN. Mike loved catfishing, his family, especially his grandchildren. He worked for Diversified Associates City of Oak Ridge for 23 years. He loved his dog, precious, with all of his heart. One thing everyone will remember is he was strong as an ox and as stubborn as a mule, and a sweetheart deep down inside. He was welcomed to his heavenly home by his Mother: Della M. Collins-McLean; Father: C. B. McLean; Infant Daughter: Melissa Ann McLean; Sons: Michael McLean-Howard Jr, Justin Butler; Sister: Linda McLean; Brothers; Jim, Ed, Ralph, Earl, Bill, Leonard McLean. He leaves behind:

Sister:                         Lee (Jim) Schafer of Dayton, TN

Special Brother:         Billy (Gail) McLean of Rockwood, TN

Sister-in-law:             Frances Sneed-McLean of Rockwood, TN

Daughters:                 Amanda McLean of Rockwood, TN

                                    Jessie (Jerry) Fritts of Rockwood, TN

Son:                            Stephan (Trina) McLean of Williamsburg, KY

Grandchildren:          Daniel, Jashawn, Aalyah, Treshawn, Marcell, Tamiaha, Issadora, Hailee, Demarkus, Brylee, and Caylee

And several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 18th, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 pm in the chapel of Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Graveside and interment will follow on Saturday, December 19th, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the McLean Cemetery in Westel, TN with Pastor Bobby Schafer officiating. Flowers are welcome, but if you would like to donate to his headstone fund, that is welcome and appreciated. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Michael Lee McLean.
