Louella Ewing Brown

Mrs. Louella Ewing Brown, age 91 of Chattanooga, formerly of Roane County, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 5, 2022. Louella Ewing Brown was born September 5, 1931, the second child to the union of John M. Ewing and Pearl Siler Ewing in Rockwood, Roane, Tennessee. Her brother Edwin George Ewing was their first born and proceeded her in death. She attended school in Rockwood and worked on her family farm where she acquired many skills that she utilized well into her adult life. Louella met and married the love of her life, Edward Brown, in August of 1960 and they were together until his death in July 2015.

Louella Brown was a kind and giving person who was a blessing to her family and friends.

She was a member of New Monumental Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tn where Rev., Dr. R. Gregory Odom is the pastor. Louella was a faithful member and served on the Usher Board.

Her kind acts, encouraging words, and sweet smile will be missed by her family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 2:30 pm ET in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood, TN. (699 E Strang St Rockwood, TN 37854) Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mrs. Louella E. Brown
