Lenard Dean McLean

Lenard Dean McLean, age 48, a resident of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Dean was born to the late Lenard & Wanda McLean on November 28, 1976. Dean was of the Baptist faith. Dean’s passion was being a Chef and Cook. He also enjoyed carpentry, music, and reading his Bible after a long day at work. He enjoyed his job working for the City of Crab Orchard, Tennessee. Most of all, he loved his three children. In addition to his parents, Dean is preceded in death by his grandparents, C.B. & Della McLean, and Horace & Ella Mae Grigsby; brothers, Dale Doughty, David Hroace McLean; and many other family and friends.

Marilyn (Johnny) Treadway

Gail (Billy) McLean

Half Brother: Charles Arthur McLean

Special Nieces: Amy (Richard) Brookshire, Angie Simpson, and Tiffany Doughty

Special Cousins: Ashley McLean-Nail and Angela Higdon-Crowe

Girlfriend: Debbie Yother

And many other friends and family who love him and will miss him dearly.

The family will receive friends Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. (E.S.T.) until 2:00 p.m. (E.S.T.) at the Evans Mortuary. Graveside services and interment will follow in the McLean Cemetery in the Westel Community of Rockwood, Tennessee. Memorial contributions may be made C/O Evans Mortuary for funeral expenses.
