Kay Ramsey-Hill

Mrs. Kay Ramsey-Hill, age 67, a resident of the Mount Vernal Community of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at her home with her family by her side, after a hard-fought battle with Pancreatic Cancer. She was born April 28, 1958, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Kay was an amazing and kind woman, who was always willing to help anyone with anything, and was loved by everyone. She was a Loving Wife, Mother, and Nana, who in addition to her family, loved babies and Dr. Pepper, and was a great cook. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger & Grace Brown; son, “Casper” Brown; stepson, Derrick Hill; brother, Jim Brown; and brother-in-law, Ronnie Hill.

Daughter: Sarah Ramsey (Julian Hinds)

Stepson: Blake Hill (Cara)

Granddaughters: Faith Robinette (Gavin Feltman)

Kaylee Davidson (Jaylon Reed)

Sisters: Faye McKelvey (Bud)

Sister-in-law: Ann Hill

The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Evans Mortuary. A Celebration of Life Service with reflections by family and friends will follow on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Evans Mortuary
