Johnny Ray Mullins

Mr. Johnny Ray Mullins, age 56 of Rockwood, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2025, at his home with his family by his side. He was born on October 3, 1969. Johnny was a machine operator at Purdue Farms for 15 years. He loved his animals that he took care of from chickens, to goats, and all of his dogs. Most of all he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His grandbabies were his world. He is preceded in death by his parents: Baby Ray Mullins and Ruby Faye Sutton Mullins; brother-in-law: Kenny Snow; and grandmother: Irene Monroe. He is survived by:

Wife: Sheila Mullins

Daughters: Katlyn Ledbetter (Isaiah), McKala Mullins (Jerry Johns)

Special Daughter: Brooke Carter

Grandchildren: Kaleb Ledbetter, Isla Ledbetter, Jameson Johns, Khloe Johns and one more on the way

Brother: Benny Mullins (Debbie)

Sister: Carolyn Snow

and a host of other extended family members and friends.

Cremation arrangements have been made. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Mountain View Baptist Church in Rockwood, Tennessee with Rev. Harvey officiating. Evans Mortuary is proudly serving the family of Mr. Johnny Ray Mullins
