Jessica M. Ratliff Lemons, age 40, a resident of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away Thursday, September 3, 2026, at the Parkwest Medical Center, Knoxville, Tennessee. She was born October 25, 1985, in Harriman, Tennessee. Jessica was a Loving and Devoted Wife and Mother. She loved music. She was a great friend and amazing person who was loved by many. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Swear, Jr.; father, Eric Ratliff; and grandparents, Bob & Mary Ratliff, and Bess Sanders.

Husband of 15 years: John D. Lemons

Daughter: Shelby Lemons

Mother: Jamie Atkins

Sister: Katie Bradshaw

Half Brothers: Dustin Bryant

Tyler Bryant

Stepfather: K.C. Bradshaw (Cat)

And several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Evans Mortuary. Funeral services will follow on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Evans Mortuary. Family and friends will meet on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Willard Park Cemetery in Harriman, Tennessee for Graveside services and interment.
