Jerry Lee Golliher, of Midtown, TN, formerly of Rockwood, passed away peacefully on January 30, with his loving wife by his side. Jerry was a soft spoken, gentle man who was willing to give a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He was a classic car enthusiast and had owned several.

Jerry was a graduate of Rockwood High School and Draughon's Business School in Nashville, TN. Jerry was an Air Force veteran, having served in Vietnam. He later returned to serve in the Air National Guard at McGhee Tyson Air Base. He retired as a Master Sergeant. Jerry worked at TVA Kingston for 33 years as a machinist.

Jerry married Susan Poland in 1974, and they had 51 wonderful years together. Jerry's boys were his world. He lived for them. Later, the grandchildren added to his joy. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents: Ira and Robbie Golliher; and his son: Jason Lee Golliher. He is survived by:

Son: Joshua Golliher (Ariana) of Rio Ranchero, New Mexico

Grandchildren: Jenna and Jackson Beste-Golliher of Rio Ranchero, New Mexico

The family will meet in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood on Friday, February 6th, 2026, at 2:00 pm ET for a graveside service with Rev. Mike Grace and Rev. Wayne Nelson officiating. Full military honors will be presented by U.S. Air Force Honor Guard. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Jerry Lee Golliher.
