Mr. Jeffrey Ray Van Horn, age 44 of Spring City, passed away on Sunday, November 10^th, 2019 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. He was born on April 21^st, 1975 in Anderson, Indiana. He is preceded in death by his Father, Frederick Van Horn. He is survived by:
