Jacqueline “Jackie” Delores Evans Storey

Mrs. Jacqueline “Jackie” Delores Evans Storey, age 57 of Athens, TN passed away on July 26, 2020. She was born on November 3, 1962. She loved her children more than anything in the world and was the most compassionate Christian woman you would ever meet. The family felt the best way to remember Jackie was to use her own words, “These precious years Lord, let me not be so burdened with caring for my children that I forget about enjoying my children. While cleaning up the mess they made help me to remember how much fun they had making it. Help me to make the most of these previous years when my children are mine to train and to love.”  She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Dixon. She is survived by

The family has chosen to do a private viewing with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Hope Center of Athens or Alzheimer’s Research in memory of Jackie. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mrs. Jacqueline “Jackie” Delores Evans Storey.
