Delores Farr Johnson

Mrs. Delores Farr Johnson, age 79 of the Midtown community of Harriman, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 19th, 2026. She was born on April 17th, 1947, in Roane County. She was a member of the Piney Grove Baptist Church in Midtown, where she served for many years. She often took care of vacation bible school as it was one of her favorite things to do with the church. She worked for many years within the textile industry here in Roane County. She loved to travel, work on crafts, and listen to Elvis. She is preceded in death by her parents: Johnnie Farr & Margaret Robinson Farr; husband: Ralph "Buddy" Johnson; and her brother: Johnny Mack Farr. She is survived by:

and a host of other extended family, church family, and friends. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 25th, 2026, from 12:00-2:00 pm ET at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm ET with Pastor Gary Lynn officiating. Graveside and interment service will follow in the Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Midtown. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mrs. Delores Farr Johnson.
