Bryson Alexander Trentham, 21, of Oliver Springs, Tennessee, passed away tragically on August 4, 2025. Born on September 12, 2003, Bryson was a radiant soul whose presence brought joy, laughter, and comfort to everyone around him. Known for his infectious sense of humor and the ability to light up any room he walked into. He never met a stranger and was always quick to lend a helping hand—whether to family, friends, or someone he had just met.
Bryson’s heart belonged to his family, and he carried their love proudly. He is survived by his loving parents, Andy and Jennifer Trentham; his brothers, Jonathan (Ruth) Trentham and Caleb (Anne) Trentham; his cherished nephew, Jensen, and niece, Ivy; his fiancé, Farrah Meredith; and his loving grandparents, Johnny and Linda Headrick and Roy and Evelyn Trentham. He also leaves behind his uncle and aunt, Eddie and Kathie Mason; dear friends Ty and Levi Laymance; and his cousins Tyler and Seth Walker, who were more like brothers.
A proud member of IBEW Local 270, Bryson found a second family among his union brothers. He worked closely with Caleb Arwood, Triston Loghry, and countless others who admired his work ethic, loyalty, and unshakable spirit.
Bryson also gave his time and heart to the Blair Volunteer Fire Department, where he formed many close friendships. Whether answering a call or simply showing up to support his fellow volunteers, Bryson was a steadfast presence—compassionate and always ready to serve. His fire department family will forever remember his laughter around the station, his dedication to the community, and the way he made each person feel like they mattered.
Bryson’s warmth, generosity, and boundless spirit leave an imprint on all who knew him. His legacy of love and service will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, coworkers, and the countless lives he touched.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 8th, 2025, from 1:00-3:00 pm ET, at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral service will follow with Bro. Kevin Thacker officiating. Graveside and interment service will follow in the New Hope Cemetery in Rockwood, with fire honors.
A celebration of Bryson’s life will be held in September, with details to be announced soon. Family and friends are invited to share memories and honor a young man whose heart was as mighty as his smile.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Bryson’s memory to the Blair Volunteer Fire Department (1911 Old Harriman Hwy, Oliver Springs, TN, 37840), where his commitment to service will continue to shine.
