Billy Joe Smith

Mr. Billy Joe Smith, age 75, a resident of Harriman, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the Roane Medical Center, Harriman, Tennessee. He was born March 6, 1951, at home in Loudon in Roane County, Tennessee. Billy was a member of the Victory Baptist Church in Kingston, Tennessee. He was a retired Painter with U.S. Department of Energy Y-12 Facility and was also formerly a Painter at Boeing in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Billy was a Coon Hunter and also enjoyed camping, fishing, and boating. Most of all he loved his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur & Willie Smith and several brothers and sisters.

Cremation arrangements have been made, and no formal public services are being held. Evans Mortuary of Rockwood, Tennessee is honored to serve the family of Mr. Billy Joe Smith.
