Mr. Billie Joe Daniels, age 65 of Rockwood, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was born on January 7th, 1960, in Spring City. Billie was a U.S Army veteran, serving in the Army National Guard. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and tending to his garden. He was also a lover of Racing, football, and his biggest hobby was spending time with his family at gatherings. He is preceded in death by his parents: Roy White Daniels & Lilian Leota Fisher Daniels; wife: Cindy Hart; and siblings: Roy Daniels Jr, Butch (Shirley) Daniels, Alvin Steve Daniels, Barbara Daniels, Donald "Duck" Lee Daniels, and Kenneth Douglas Daniels; grandparents: Lislie Fisher, Shelton Fisher, Irvine Leeroy Daniels, Nettie Lemons. He is survived by:

Siblings: Betty Smith, Mollie Daniels, Randy Daniels, Velma Yother, Nancy Wolfe

and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends. 

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, from 11:00am-12:00pm ET at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Graveside procession will leave at 12:00pm for a 12:45 Graveside and interment service in the Grand View Cemetery in Rhea County, TN.
