A. T. Grant, Jr.

Mr. A.T. Grant, Jr., age 73, a resident of Rockwood, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. He was born January 18, 1952, in Rockwood. He was a retired B & B Mechanic with Norfolk Southern Railroad on the Bridge Maintenance Crew with over 39 years of service. He attended the Mt. Vernal Baptist Church in Rockwood. He enjoyed his farm and front porch sitting. He also enjoyed watching Westerns and George Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur & Dorothy Grant; wife, Carolyn Sue Grant; daughter, Misty Gail Clower; grandson, Dalton Thomas Grant; and brother, Bobby Grant.

Survivors include:

Son & Daughter-in-law: Thomas G. Grant (Mescal)

Grandchildren: Victoria Grant, Eli Grant, Kaleb Grant, and Jake Clower

Great Grandson: Easton Thomas Lane

Sisters: Brenda Oldham

Sherry Grant

Brother: Roger Grant

And several other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 2, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Evans Mortuary. Graveside services and interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood, Tennessee with Pastor Mike Nelson officiating.
