Roberta J. Wagner

Mrs. Roberta Josephine Wagner, age 85, passed away Friday, June 17, 2022, at her daughter’s home. She was born January 9, 1937, in Swain County, North Carolina. Mrs. Roberts was a member of Rockwood United Methodist Church and a 59-year member of the Rockwood Chapter #382, Order of Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Claude H. Wagner, parents, Arnold & Josephine Gable, and her granddaughter, Amy Ferguson.

She is survived by:

Daughter:                            Pamela Foster

Granddaughter:                Windy Foster and David Ridge

Grandson:                           Danny Foster and Jill

Great Granddaughters:  Haley Vaughn, Katie Millsap and Justin, and Sadie Ferguson

She is also survived by eight great-great grandchildren.

The family will have a visitation at the Rockwood United Methodist Church on Saturday, July 9, 2022, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 pm. Dr. David Lord will be officiating. Obituary courtesy of Evans Mortuary, Rockwood, Tennessee.
